  Hutchinson bought out the entire row of homes on Catherine Drive from our previous landlord. But unlike Larry, they've never resolved any maintenance issues or even returned a single phone call. Originally made a bunch of promises for improvements (building back porches, adding a compost dumpster, etc) for our homes, NONE of which have panned out. About half the residents have moved out since then, and I haven't seen anyone new moving in, but Hutchinson doesn't seem to care if they drive away every last tenant... Last summer they sent landscapers who ripped out 30+ species of plants from our tiny garden out front (my only hobby) which we had spent 3 years and hundreds of dollars growing and maintaining. Our house number sign fell off nearly 2 years ago (we have to make sure it's propped up in the window if we're expecting any deliveries) and they haven't even been able to fix that yet! Instead, they tore down the wooden fence across the street, then cut down all the trees and demolished some other structures, and then just left the resulting debris in piles all over the field. Now I'm​ forced to see this ugly, disgusting wasteland every day when I walk out my front door or glance out the window. Instead of repairing anything, they only seem interested in tearing down and building​ new things. They've​ made our home look like trailer trash. We will definitely NOT be renewing our lease... not as if Hutchinson cares one bit!
